A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will be charged  50% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and applicable fees will apply. Deposits, vouchers, or credits will not be refunded. No exceptions will be made for any reason. To cancel or reschedule, please call or text (872) 888-2724.

A non refundable deposit is required to book any service. Once a deposit is made to reserve an appointment it will not be refunded. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at anytime the deposit will not be refunded, transferred, applied, or credited to your new appointment or reschedule. No exceptions of any kind for any reason.

All services done by Chicago Nail Pro have a 5 day guarantee policy. You must contact CNP with in 5 days from the first day of getting your service if any problems regarding our application should occur. After 5 days the guarantee is void. No exceptions. 

Any foreign fills, foreign rebalance, or foreign restructure rebalance are not guaranteed by Chicago Nail Pro.  They will not carrie our 5 day guarantee coverage.  Foreign meaning any work done by another salon. 

If a refund is applicable, the initial service must be removed in order to qualify for a refund. Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with your service before you pay or leave the salon. If you are not 100% satisfied you must inform management before paying and leaving the salon. 

To cancel your membership, you must email chicagonailpro@gmail.com at least 32 days before your next billing date. 

*Your membership will be cancelled 32 days after the date we receive your cancellation email.

*Because of the 32-day notice period, one final payment will be processed after you submit your cancellation request.

To ensure the safety of our clients and avoid cross contamination of disease we only service healthy nails. We are not medical podiatrist and can not service any nails with any kind of disorders. Please see our chart for common nail disorders. No exceptions of any kind for any reason.
