We are a luxury, education-focused nail salon in Chicago. Our salon has been serving loyal clients for years, and many of our guests have been coming to us for over 4 years.

We currently have a team of 4 full-time nail technicians and 1 part-time technician. We operate as a boutique-style salon where teamwork, professionalism, education, and customer experience come first.

Our goal is simple:

 Provide exceptional nail services while creating a positive work environment where nail technicians can grow their careers.

We do not expect you to know every nail system. We can teach you. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for the industry.

For new hires, we typically look for:

• Nail art skills at approximately a 3 out of 5 level.
• Ability to perform a basic no-chip manicure and pedicure.
• Experience in at least one enhancement system such as Gel-X, Acrylic, or Polygel.

We are looking for a passionate nail technician who genuinely loves the nail industry.

Education is one of the biggest priorities in our salon.We believe that great nail technicians never stop learning.

Every two weeks, we hold in-house workshops where we focus on a specific nail system. During these workshops we:

• Learn new techniques.
• Refine our skills.
• Practice application methods.
• Troubleshoot common problems.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Our clients love nail art, so we spend time practicing and improving our designs whenever we have downtime.

Every team member participates in maintaining our standards, and our cleaning responsibilities rotate monthly. Our receptionist also assists with proper sanitation of implements so our technicians can focus on delivering great services.
